Description : We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead Full Stack Developer to lead our development team in designing and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for building high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, secure, and high-performing web applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless project execution.

- Review and optimize code to maintain performance, scalability, and coding standards.

- Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and strong application performance.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve development processes.

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for developing responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces.

- Proficient in PHP and Laravel for building scalable, secure, and efficient server-side applications and APIs.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and MVC architecture for clean and maintainable development.

- Experienced with Git for version control and familiar with working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Strong communication skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable applications within deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
