About the role and responsibilities :

- To understand the technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solution.

- Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.

- Product understanding with strong analytical and scientific approach.

- To create simple but detailed wireframe with the accompanying information architecture of the product.

- To create high-fidelity screen design with creativity and innovative graphics.

- To create prototype with interactive elements, transitions and animations.

- To test the prototype with users and create report based on the user-interviews and implement in the design as well.

- To have a keen interest in learning new tools and expand their horizon of knowledge.

About the requirement :

- Proven graphic designing experiences.

- Strong analytical skills to understand and solve a problem.

- Proficient in designing softwares like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

- A keen eye for design aesthetic and details.

- Able to articulate ideas, both written and spoken, to drive impact.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to work methodically and meet work in a fast paced environment.

- Degree / Certification in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
