Job Description :

Project & Delivery Management Plan, manage, and track end-to-end project lifecycle following Agile and SDLC best practices.

Lead Agile ceremonies :

- Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives. Coordinate closely with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX teams, and product stakeholders.

- Manage sprints, release cycles, deployment planning, and delivery timelines.

- Ensure documentation, testing, and approvals are completed before every release.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

1. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Conduct requirement workshops, demos, walkthroughs, and status meetings.

2. Provide transparent and structured communication across all project phases. Support pre-sales, help define project scope, effort estimates, and identify upsell opportunities.

3. Change & Release Management Manage change requests, impact analysis, prioritization, and documentation.

4. Coordinate release readiness, ensuring features meet quality and acceptance criteria. Monitor performance post-release and support issue resolutio
