Key Responsibilities :

1. Build Excellence :

- Design and execute robust test plans, cases and strategies for comprehensive coverage across AI-driven SaaS solutions.

- Identify, document and track software defects to resolution while maintaining meticulous records.

- Simulate real-world scenarios to validate AI-driven outputs under diverse conditions.

2. Automate for Efficiency :

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium or Cypress.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable and repeatable deployments.

3. Optimize Performance :

- Conduct performance and stress testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner or Gatling.

- Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and work with developers to implement solutions for enhanced performance.

4. Collaborate and Support :

- Partner with engineering, product and design teams to anticipate potential quality challenges during development.

- Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives to elevate the overall QA practices and team efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications :

1. Experience and Expertise :

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.

- Experience with defect management tools like Jira or similar tools.

- Prior experience in an AI SaaS or product company is highly desirable.

2. Automation Skills :

- Expertise with automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium or Cypress for web and mobile testing.

- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Java or JavaScript for custom test scripts.

3. Performance Expertise :

- Experience in setting up monitoring tools to measure application responsiveness and system stability under load.

- Proficiency in performance, load and stress testing tools.

4. Detail-Oriented Mindset :

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and identify edge cases.

- Excellent documentation skills to ensure clear communication of test results and recommendations.

5. Problem-Solving and Optimization :

- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis and prevention.

- Strong ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize systems for better performance.
