Project Planning & Delivery :

- Lead end-to-end IT project management from initiation through execution to closure

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans

- Develop comprehensive project schedules, sprint plans, and milestone tracking

- Ensure high-quality delivery within defined timelines and budget constraints

- Track progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively

Stakeholder & Communication Management :

- Collaborate closely with business owners, IT teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders

- Facilitate project meetings, requirement workshops, stand-ups, and review sessions

- Maintain clear communication channels ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies

- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and executive updates

Execution & Implementation :

- Coordinate project team members and third-party vendors for flawless execution

- Ensure proper documentation BRD, FRD, user stories, technical specifications, UAT plans

- Oversee solution delivery including development, integration, testing, deployment, and handover

- Drive UAT planning, end-user training, rollout strategy, and post-implementation support planning

Process Governance & Delivery Excellence :

- Implement project management best practices, frameworks, and tools

- Ensure adherence to PMO governance, SDLC, quality standards, and change control processes

- Conduct retrospectives, lessons-learned assessments, and continuous process improvements

- Champion Agile/Scrum, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies as per project need

Technical Skills & Knowledge :

Project Management Tools :

- Experience using PM, Agile & collaboration tools such as : Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello, Monday. com, Miro

- IT Systems & Technology Understanding

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and software development lifecycle

- Ability to work with technical teams in application development, systems integration & automation projects

- Basic understanding of databases, API integration, security requirements, and CI/CD environments Cloud, Applications & Modern Tech

- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, virtualization, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes advantage)

- Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, DMS, HRMS, ITSM platforms)

- Awareness of automation, RPA, BI tools, and AI-driven enhancement opportunities

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field

- 5 to 10 years of experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects

- Strong knowledge of PM methodologies Agile, Scrum, Waterfall

- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, Agile Scrum Master or ITIL certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills

- Ability to manage risks, multitask, handle pressure, and drive outcomes independently
