Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain web applications utilizing the MERN stack.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret user requirements and transform them into scalable software solutions.

3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to ensure the longevity and scalability of applications.

4. Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to enhance team performance and code quality.

5. Optimize applications for improved speed and scalability to enhance user experience.

6. Implement robust security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.

7. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in web development to continually enhance skillset and contribute innovative solutions.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. 1- 2 years of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack.

3. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.

4. Familiarity with frontend libraries/frameworks such as React.js.

5. Knowledge of backend frameworks including Express.js and Node.js.

6. Strong understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL databases.

7. Experience with version control systems such as Git.

8. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills management libraries.

Nice to Have :

1. Experience with additional frontend libraries/frameworks such as Redux or Angular.

2. Knowledge of TypeScript.

3. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

4. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

5. Experience with additional frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular.

6. Proficiency in writing unit tests.
