Antino Labs - Lead Product Designer - Figma/Adobe XD

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering their growth.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals.

- To understand the technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver an intuitive and user-centered solution.

- Product understanding with a strong analytical and scientific approach.

- To create a simple but detailed wireframe with the accompanying information architecture of the product.

- To create high-fidelity screen design with creativity and innovative graphics.

- To create a prototype with interactive elements, transitions, and animations.

- To test the prototype with users and create a report based on the user interviews, and implement in the design as well.

- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across our product suite.

Requirements :

- Proven graphic design experience.

- Strong analytical skills to understand and solve a problem.

- Proficient in designing softwares like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

- A keen eye for design aesthetic and details.

- Able to articulate ideas, both written and spoken, to drive impact.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- A degree / Certification in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
