Key Responsibilities :

- Cloud Infrastructure & Architecture

- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.

- Create and maintain cloud architecture diagrams, network topology, infrastructure flows, security controls, and deployment models.

- Manage cloud services including EC2, VPC, Route 53, ALB, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFront, WAF, and Security Groups.

- Optimize infrastructure performance, availability, reliability, and scalability.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) :

- Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices.

- Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.

- Maintain reusable and scalable infrastructure modules.

CI/CD & Automation :

- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git-based workflows.

- Implement GitOps practices and deployment automation.

- Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and operational workflows.

- Improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Kubernetes & Containerization :

- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters (EKS preferred).

- Manage Kubernetes workloads, services, ingress controllers, and cluster operations.

- Experience with Helm, Kustomize, and container orchestration best practices.

- Support microservices-based architectures and cloud-native applications.

Cloud Security & Governance :

- Implement cloud security best practices across IAM, networking, encryption, KMS, WAF, and access controls.

- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

- Monitor vulnerabilities and implement remediation strategies.

- Monitoring, Reliability & Operations

- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, utilization, and costs.

- Configure alerts, dashboards, and operational monitoring.

- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues.

- Support production deployments and release management activities.

Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity :

- Design and implement backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.

- Define and manage RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery Point Objective).

- Ensure business continuity through highly available and resilient architectures.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and Engineering teams.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support process improvements.
