We are looking for a highly experienced AI/ML Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning and AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define AI strategy, and mentor teams while delivering scalable, production-grade models.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end AI/ML solution architecture and delivery

- Define and own AI/ML strategy, roadmap, and best practices

- Design scalable ML pipelines, model training, validation, and deployment

- Drive MLOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and retraining

- Collaborate with product, data engineering, cloud, and business teams

- Mentor and guide data scientists and ML engineers

- Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and compliance

- Review and approve technical designs and architectures

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI systems

- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and workflows

- Strong knowledge of data engineering and large-scale data processing

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP - Vertex AI preferred)

- Expertise in model deployment, monitoring, and optimization

- Experience with LLMs, GenAI, NLP, or Computer Vision is a plus

- Strong understanding of system design and ML architecture

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Proven experience leading large AI/ML teams
