Job Title : Technical Manager Java or Flutter / Insurance Domain

Job Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the complete software development lifecycle planning, development, testing, UAT, and production support.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, Product Management, or QA to deliver robust solutions.

- Own and manage client interactions, including requirement analysis, demos, and technical reviews.

- Guide architectural decisions, technology choices, and best practices across Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs) or Flutter (Dart) platforms.

- Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and security assessments.

- Drive agile delivery, mentor team members, and ensure delivery milestones are met.

- Provide hands-on support during critical technical challenges and act as a technical escalation point.

- Coordinate integrations with APIs, third-party tools, or enterprise systems.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in web or mobile development technologies.

Key Skills :

- Experience building cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter or developing backend services in Java.

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party service integration.

- Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, GetX) in Flutter.

- Hands-on experience in database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, or containerization tools like Docker.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and cloud-based deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in product-based companies.

- Domain knowledge in Insurance or Reinsurance is highly desirable.
