We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect to join our team and lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade insurance solutions.

Key Requirements :

- 1216 years of IT experience with strong architecture and design expertise.

- Strong hands-on experience in :

1. Java/J2EE

2. Struts Framework

3. SQL/PLSQL

- Deep understanding of :

1. Enterprise Application Architecture

2. Design Patterns

3. Database Design & Performance Optimization

4. Large-scale Business-Critical Applications

- Mandatory Domain Experience :

1. Insurance Domain (Life, Medical, General Insurance, Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Billing, etc.)

Preferred Skills :

1. REST APIs & Microservices

2. AWS / Azure / OpenShift

3. Application Integration & Middleware

4. CI/CD and DevOps Practices

5. Insurance Product/Platform Implementations

What You'll Do :

- Define and drive technical architecture for insurance platforms.

- Lead architecture reviews and solution governance.

- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders.

- Mentor technical teams and guide architectural decisions.

- Drive modernization, scalability, and performance initiatives.

Mandatory Screening Criteria :

- 12+ years of experience.

- Strong Java development background.

- Hands-on Struts Framework experience.

- Strong SQL/PLSQL expertise.

- Insurance Domain experience (Mandatory).

- Willingness to work from Chennai office (WFO).
