We're looking for a skilled and passionate Engineer, QA with a strong focus on Automation to join our team. Key Responsibilities :

- Test Automation Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Selenium and/or Playwright frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications.

- Test Strategy & Execution : Collaborate with development teams and product owners to understand requirements, define test strategies, create comprehensive test plans, and execute automated and manual tests.

- Defect Management : Identify, document, and accurately track defects using JIRA, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

- Automation Framework Enhancement : Contribute to the continuous improvement and expansion of our existing automation frameworks and tools.

- Agile Collaboration : Actively participate in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), ensuring quality is embedded throughout the process.

- Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis : Effectively document and troubleshoot complex issues, performing initial root cause analysis to provide actionable insights to developers.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure the overall quality of software products through rigorous testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

- Reporting : Provide regular updates on test progress, defect status, and overall quality metrics to project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- 3 - 5 years of overall experience as an Automation Engineer.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium and/or Playwright.

- Automation Expertise : Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.

- Agile Methodologies : Strong experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).

- Test & Defect Management : Proficiency in tracking test cases and managing defects using tools like JIRA.

- Documentation Skills : Excellent ability to document test cases, bugs, and troubleshooting steps clearly and concisely.

- Problem-Solving : Proven experience as a QA Tester or a similar Tester role, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Education : Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or any equivalent Graduate degree.
