About the Role :

You will be responsible for working on Animall's Classifieds Platform for Cattle Trading, focusing on user experience and improving platform engagement and retention.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive product innovations, and be accountable for the product roadmap, ensuring that it delivers value to our users and aligns with our mission.

Job Responsibilities :

- Interact with dairy farmers to understand their needs, challenges, and product usage.

- Improve user experience and drive engagement through continuous workflow and feature enhancements.

- Contribute to product development : wireframes, PRDs, analytics, and impact evaluation.

- Work with designers and engineers to ensure smooth and timely execution of product features.

- Set up instrumentation and track key metrics using analytics tools, SQL/database queries, and user insights.

- Conduct user calls and interviews (around 20% of the role).

- Be proactive, data-driven, and comfortable taking ownership.

Must haves are :

- Work from office

- Proficiency with data visualisatio

- Positive and optimistic outlook about the world

- From Tier-1 colleges

- Experience in the B2C product company for at least 1 year.

Good to Have :

- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

- Strong technical skills, that is background in software development

- From a humble background, that can relate more with the kind of user we have
