We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Angular Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building advanced, scalable web applications using modern front-end technologies, particularly Angular (version 8 and above). As a Lead, you will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge web interfaces while also mentoring a team of developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the front-end development team and oversee the entire UI architecture for web applications.

- Design and implement advanced front-end features using Angular (v8+), TypeScript, RxJS, and NgRx.

- Drive the performance, scalability, and maintainability of front-end code, ensuring best coding practices and adherence to coding standards.

- Collaborate with back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.

- Plan, estimate, and execute development tasks and deliverables based on project timelines.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.

- Implement dynamic and responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and component libraries like PrimeNG.

- Work with RESTful APIs and integrate front-end applications with MongoDB or MySQL backends.

- Take ownership of project delivery and help in streamlining development processes across the team.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience in front-end development with at least 4 years in Angular (version 8 and above).

- Strong expertise in TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, and component-based architecture.

- Solid understanding of front-end development fundamentals including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with PrimeNG or other UI component libraries.

- Good experience working with MongoDB or MySQL.

- Proven experience in building highly scalable and performance-optimized web applications.

- Strong knowledge of REST API integration and asynchronous programming.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Prior experience leading front-end teams and delivering complex projects.

- Ability to mentor junior developers and ensure code quality through reviews and guidance.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable working in agile environments and fast-paced development cycles.
