Senior Front End Engineer (Angular)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Front End Engineer with strong expertise in Angular to design and build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in front-end architecture, component-driven development, UI/UX implementation, and integration with enterprise APIs and backend services.

This role requires a hands-on engineer who can lead front-end design decisions, mentor developers, and deliver intuitive, responsive, and secure applications aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, enterprise-grade web applications using Angular

- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components and front-end frameworks

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions

- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable front-end architectures

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility

- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, microservices, and backend platforms

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and UI development best practices

- Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI, integration, and performance issues

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building

- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for front-end applications

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 6+ years of experience in front-end development

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (Angular 10+ preferred)

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS

- Experience building single-page applications (SPAs) and responsive web interfaces

- Strong understanding of RxJS, NgRx, state management, and reactive programming

- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs

- Familiarity with component-based architecture, reusable design systems, and UI frameworks

- Strong understanding of front-end performance tuning and optimization

- Experience with Git, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Angular Material, PrimeNG, or similar UI component libraries

- Familiarity with micro frontends and modern front-end architecture patterns

- Experience with unit testing and UI testing using tools such as Jasmine, Karma, Jest, or Cypress

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

- Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar

- Knowledge of web accessibility standards, secure coding, and enterprise application compliance

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
