- Architectural Leadership : Lead the design and architecture of new features and systems for our Ionic Angular web application, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term product vision..

- Advanced Development : Spearhead the development of complex user-facing features, writing clean, reusable, and efficient code that sets the standard for the team..

- Technical Mentorship : Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing..

- Process Ownership : Take ownership of the front-end development lifecycle, from technical planning and estimation to deployment and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software..

- API Integration & State Management : Design and implement robust strategies for API consumption (RESTful) and architect complex application state management to ensure a seamless and performant user experience..

- Payment Gateway Integration : Integrate secure and scalable payment solutions using the Stripe payment gateway and its APIs..

- GitLab Workflow Management : Champion best practices for version control using GitLab, including overseeing branching strategies and ensuring the quality and clarity of merge requests..
