Role Overview :

As an Android Mobile Tester at MimioTech, you will be a crucial part of our quality assurance team, ensuring the flawless performance and user experience of our Android applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other testers to identify, document, and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle. Your expertise will contribute directly to the delivery of high-quality, reliable mobile applications to our users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional requirements and design specifications to ensure thorough test coverage.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on Android mobile applications to identify defects and inconsistencies.

- Utilize tools such as Charles Proxy and Appium to analyze network traffic and automate test scripts, improving testing efficiency and accuracy.

- Collaborate with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and verify bug fixes, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

- Document and track defects using Jira, providing detailed information and steps to reproduce for efficient bug resolution.

- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement of the development process.

- Conduct API testing to validate the functionality and performance of backend services, ensuring seamless integration with the mobile application.

- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, automating testing processes and ensuring rapid feedback on code changes.

- Min Exp 2 yrs Automation - Tools Selenium, Appium, Java/Kotlin, Maven, Jenkins Others OTT Knowledge, STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) Automation test script / code

- HandsOn Knowledge of debugging & logs of application

- Backend testing : Minimum 1 yr experience on API testing

- Understanding of Shell scripting and code management tools (Bitbucket, GitHUB)

- Good to have CICD concepts
