- Proficient in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, with solid understanding of Android app architecture

- Hands-on experience working with Flutter (Dart) for cross-platform modules or features

- Strong experience using RESTful APIs, Retrofit, OkHttp, JSON parsing

- Expertise in Android Jetpack components ViewModel, LiveData/Flow, Navigation, Room, WorkManager

- Experience building modern UI using Jetpack Compose, Material 3, UI state management (MVI / MVVM)

- Solid understanding of Android fundamentals:

- Activity/Fragment lifecycle, Coroutines, Flow, DI (Hilt/Dagger/Koin)

- Performance optimization, memory management, app start-up time

- Experience with offline storage, data caching, threading, and performance tuning

- Familiarity with Android Studio, Android SDK, Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with Firebase components: Analytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, Crashlytics

- Familiarity with push notifications and deep linking

- Understanding of SDLC, Git workflows, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Strong knowledge of Material Design, UI/UX guidelines, and best practices for Android & Compose

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Knowledge of the overall mobile ecosystem, architectural patterns, and emerging technologies

- Proven track record of delivering stable, scalable, and user-friendly Android applications

- Experience with cloud services or backend integration is a plus
