Role Overview :

As an Android and Flutter Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining high-performance mobile applications that serve as the primary interface for our customers. You will work within a cross-functional squad of product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, robust mobile solutions. Your daily contributions will directly influence the stability, performance, and user engagement of our mobile ecosystem, ensuring that our applications remain at the forefront of the industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable mobile applications using Flutter and native Android technologies to ensure a high-quality user experience across diverse devices.

- Implement clean, maintainable code using MVC and MVVM design patterns to facilitate long-term project scalability and ease of testing.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate high-fidelity prototypes into functional, pixel-perfect mobile interfaces.

- Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks within the Android SDK and Flutter framework to improve load times and responsiveness.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and participate in technical discussions to maintain high engineering standards and mentor junior team members.

- Integrate complex RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to extend application functionality and ensure seamless data synchronization.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing enterprise-grade mobile applications using Kotlin and Java for native Android development.

- Extensive hands-on experience in building cross-platform applications using the Flutter framework, with a deep understanding of its widget lifecycle and state management.

- Strong command over the Android SDK and a proven ability to leverage modern architecture patterns like MVVM and MVC to structure complex codebases.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate within a high-paced, agile environment.

- Proven track record of working in a hybrid or office-based setup across Delhi NCR, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with a focus on delivering high-traffic consumer applications.
