Key Responsibilities :

- Model Building & Design : Create and maintain complex Anaplan models, dashboards, and modules using best practices (e.g., DISCO methodology).

- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate financial or operational requirements into functional technical specifications.

- Data Integration & Management : Set up data hubs, manage data integration between Anaplan and ERP/CRM systems, and ensure data integrity.

- Performance Optimization : Optimize model performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Governance & Support : Manage user security, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Anaplan Certification : Certified Model Builder or Solution Architect status is frequently required.

- Technical Skills : Deep understanding of multidimensional modeling, complex formulas, and data integration tools (e.g., Anaplan HyperConnect).

- Business Acumen : Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), supply chain, or sales performance management.

- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze large datasets and create robust, scalable models.
