About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Anaplan Consultant with Anaplan Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3 certification to design, build, and support scalable planning solutions across finance, supply chain, and sales use cases. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-performance Anaplan models aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and optimise Anaplan models following DISCO methodology

- Translate business requirements into robust Anaplan solutions

Develop and manage :

- Model architecture

- Lists, modules, actions, and dashboards

- Implement data integrations using:

- Anaplan Connect

- APIs

- Flat file and ETL-based integrations

- Apply performance optimisation techniques:

- Model size reduction

- Sparse data handling

- Calculation optimisation

- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments

- Provide post-go-live support and enhancements

- Work collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams

- Prepare solution documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions

Required Skills & Experience :

- 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan

- Anaplan Level 1/Level 2 (mandatory)

- Strong understanding of :

- Model building best practices

- DISCO framework

- Performance optimisation

- Experience building models for:

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

- Sales Planning

- Supply Chain Planning (preferred)

Hands on experience with :

- Lists, modules, actions, processes

- Dashboards and UX pages

- Experience with Anaplan integrations and data management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have (Preferred) :

- Experience in multi-model architectures

- Level 3 certification

- Exposure to Connected Planning use cases

- Experience working in consulting or managed services

- Exposure to ERP/CRM integrations (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)

- Experience with global or multi-region implementations
