- 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model building, solution architecture, data modeling, and data integration.

- Anaplan Certified Model Builder (Level 1, Level 2, Anaplan Way).

- Anaplan Level 3 Certified.

- Anaplan Certified Solution Architect.

- Proven experience leading large-scale Anaplan implementations, including solution design, development, deployment, and Hypercare.

- Expertise in translating complex business requirements into scalable, multidimensional Anaplan models.

- Experience interacting with senior business stakeholders, managing client expectations, and providing strategic guidance.

- Expertise in data modeling and integration of Anaplan with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) using native capabilities, APIs and/or middleware tools.

- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and drive quality assurance across deliverables.

- Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and preparing comprehensive project documentation, training materials, and administration guides.

- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.

- Strong focus on continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in Anaplan delivery.

- Ability to mentor and upskill junior Anaplan model builders, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative solution development.

- Experience supporting Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives, including governance, security, model standards, and model lifecycle management.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business users.

- Deep understanding of planning processes across finance, supply chain, and other business functions.

- Experience in practice development, pre-sales, or client advisory roles.

- Strong knowledge of additional Anaplan product offerings (for e.g. PlanIQ, Optimizer, Workflow and AnaplanXL) and their implementation in Connected Planning solutions.
