About the Role :

- We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for LEAPS, our AI-powered data/analytics platform.

- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and excels in strategy, design, and hands-on prototyping/experimentation.

- You will be responsible for supporting the product strategy and vision of LEAPS, driving architecture and technical design, and leading the subsequent delivery and implementation.

- A strong solutioning background and adaptability in startup or small-company environments are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design & Architecture : Lead the technical design and architecture of LEAPS, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

- Product Strategy & Vision : Stay informed on industry trends, research papers, and competitor solutions, and synthesize this information into actionable insights for shaping LEAPS' strategy and direction.

- Hands-On Development : Actively contribute to development prototyping/experimentation, and POCs (proof-of-concept), ensuring high-quality, performant solutions.

- Lead Implementation and Delivery : Oversee the implementation and delivery of solutions, ensuring that they meet performance and scalability standards and are deployed successfully.

- Technical Leadership : Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, making key architectural decisions, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering, security, and cloud architecture.

- Adaptability : Thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment, quickly adapting to evolving business needs and emerging technologies.

- Documentation & Standards : Ensure high-quality documentation of system architectures, technical decisions, and implementation processes, maintaining standards across the organization.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 10+ years in solution architecture and hands-on technical roles, with 3+ years in a senior position.

- Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments or small companies preferred.

Technical Expertise :

- Should have basics of Java, Python and Devops.

- Should have Team management experience.

Education : Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred).

- Should have work experience in Product Management and Operations.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, where adaptability and agility are essential.
