Senior Salesforce Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our team who can lead the end-to-end implementation of custom solutions within Salesforce.

This role involves architectural responsibilities, translating business workflows into scalable Salesforce solutions that align with strategic business goals.

You will play a key role in driving impactful projects and leading technical innovation across the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions across the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

- Develop custom objects, flows, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.

- Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, or native tools.

- Oversee system maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring high performance and reliability of solutions.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations with 3-5+ years of experience.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and data migration tools.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Platform Developer II Certifications.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of ERP systems and how they integrate with Salesforce.

- Additional Salesforce Certifications are a plus.
