About the Role:

Skilltect Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Analytics Engineer with strong expertise in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Python, and modern data engineering practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, transforming raw data into analytics-ready datasets, and enabling advanced analytics and business insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.

- Ingest, process, transform, and curate data from multiple enterprise systems.

- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues.

- Build and optimize analytics-ready datasets and semantic models for reporting and self-service analytics.

- Develop robust data models to support business intelligence and advanced analytics use cases.

- Apply analytical techniques such as trend analysis, segmentation, forecasting, and predictive indicators.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and engineering teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

- Ensure data quality, governance, performance optimization, and documentation of data assets.

- Support Power BI reporting and dashboard initiatives when required.
