Role Overview :

As an Analytics Consultant specializing in Patient Data Analytics, you will be instrumental in extracting actionable insights from complex healthcare datasets.


You will collaborate closely with data scientists, healthcare professionals, and product managers to identify trends, predict outcomes, and develop data-driven solutions that enhance patient care and optimize healthcare operations. Your work will directly impact the lives of patients by contributing to improved diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large patient datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that inform clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes.

- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict patient risk, optimize resource allocation, and personalize treatment plans.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.

- Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear and concise visualizations and presentations.

- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and iterate on models based on performance metrics and feedback.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems, particularly in the healthcare domain.

- Proven experience in data mining, data cleaning, and data visualization using tools such as Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn) or R.

- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, such as HL7 and FHIR, and experience working with electronic health records (EHRs).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex information to diverse audiences.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
