Analyst - Identity Management

About the Job :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Analyst specializing in NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM) and NetIQ Access Manager (NAM) to join our enterprise security team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for securing IT infrastructure. You will play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing IAM solutions that protect our business systems and data.

Key Responsibilities/KRAs :

- Support and maintain NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM) and NetIQ Access Manager (NAM) infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.

- Develop, implement, and update IDM workflows, drivers, and connectors to support business requirements.

- Perform configuration, customization, and integration of IDM and NAM with various connected systems.

- Provide technical expertise during onboarding of new applications and systems into the IDM/NAM ecosystem.

- Perform regular IDM system maintenance tasks, including driver health checks, resource management, patching, connector upgrades, and log management.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to NetIQ IDM/NAM and associated LDAP directories.

- Document detailed solution designs, integration approaches, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Conduct DR (Disaster Recovery) testing and ensure compliance with defined security and operational standards.

- Manage BAU (Business As Usual) support activities, including incident, problem, and SLA management.

- Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) in providing technical guidance to helpdesk and end-users related to IAM services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security, Infrastructure, and Development teams, to drive continuous improvements in access management processes.

Essential Skill Set :

- Strong hands-on experience with NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM) and NetIQ Access Manager (NAM).

- Proficient in LDAP directory services and eDirectory.

- Solid knowledge of Web Services, Java, and SAML/OAuth integrations.

- Experience in creating and managing IDM workflows, drivers, connectors, and reporting.

- Expertise in system troubleshooting, patching, and connector maintenance.

- Experience in performing DR tests and maintaining system availability.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

- Good documentation and technical writing capabilities.
