Role & Responsibilities :


Technical Development & Support :


- Utilize SQL and JavaScript for customizations, validations, data extraction, and automation.


- Work on integration touchpoints between WFS and other HR systems.


- Develop and maintain interfaces, reports, and data workflows related to Workforce Software.


- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or functional issues within the platform.


Functional Consulting & Client Interaction :


- Partner with HR, Payroll, and business teams to understand workforce management requirements.


- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical design.


- Provide expert guidance on WFS features, best practices, and use-case optimization.


- Deliver demonstrations, user training, and documentation for business teams.


Analytics, Reporting & Process Improvement :


- Build and support Workforce Analytics dashboards and reports.


- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis to support decision-making.


- Identify process gaps and propose improvement initiatives for WFM processes.


Testing, Deployment & Support :


- Create test scripts and perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).


- Support production deployments and post-go-live issue resolution.


- Ensure timely updates, patches, and release management activities.


Qualifications & Requirements :


Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).


Experience :


- 3- 6 years of hands-on experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in Workforce Management systems.


- Strong experience with Workforce Software (ADP Workforce Now) products.


Technical Skills :


- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and technical components of Workforce Software.


- Hands-on experience in configuring Time & Attendance, Absence, Scheduling, Pay Codes, Accruals, and related policies.


- Experience with interfaces, data mapping, and HR integrations.


- Solid understanding of HR processes, Time & Attendance workflows, and workforce management operations.


- Experience in HR Service Delivery, HR Transformation, or HR Shared Services preferred.


Certifications :


WFS Certification (Configuration / Integration Specialist or above) is highly desirable.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and levels
