Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 4-7 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong automation mindset and a passion for maintaining scalable, reliable, and efficient systems. This role requires experience with observability tools, containerized environments, cloud infrastructure, and scripting.

Key Skills Required :

- SRE tools & monitoring : Hands-on experience with Grafana and Splunk

- Scripting/Automation : Strong knowledge of Python

- Containerization & Orchestration : Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker

- Cloud Platforms : Experience with AWS services

- Strong automation mindset and problem-solving approach

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Willingness and flexibility to work in different shifts to ensure user satisfaction

Responsibilities :

- Maintain and enhance system reliability, availability, and performance of production infrastructure

- Develop and implement automated solutions for operational tasks

- Monitor system health and respond to alerts/incidents using tools like Grafana, Splunk, etc.

- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve deployment processes

- Ensure system scalability and participate in capacity planning

- Troubleshoot production issues across multiple services and tech stacks

- Participate in on-call rotations and root cause analysis for critical incidents

- Contribute to documentation, playbooks, and runbooks for smoother operations
