- Leads intranet and productivity tools, enabling employee experience.

- Ensures system alignment, governance, tool adoption, and collaboration with HR and communications teams.

- Tools : Interact Intranet, Adobe Suite, Airtable, Glean, Calendly, Figma, Grammarly, Whiteboarding tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead platform transition, stakeholder onboarding, and governance.

- Configure intranet workflows, permissions, and content structures.

- Enable user provisioning and monitor adoption across tools.

- Maintain content guidelines, UX standards, and support documents.

- Recommend optimizations for performance and user experience.

- Coordinate with vendors for support and feature enhancements.

- Track usage metrics and contribute to internal comms strategies.

Qualifications (Enriched) :

- 5+ years managing internal communication platforms and employee-facing productivity tools.

- Expertise in administering intranet platforms like Interact or SharePoint, including site hierarchies, access controls, content workflows, and publishing governance.

- Familiar with Glean, Grammarly, and Adobe Creative Suite within enterprise deployment frameworks.

- Deep experience in Airtable workspace design, permissions enforcement, API integrations, and automations.

- Proficient in managing Figma team structures, design systems, permissions, and integration with documentation tools.

- Ability to build and manage communication templates, video onboarding content, and whiteboarding (e., Miro/Mural) templates.

- Proven track record driving adoption campaigns, measuring productivity tool ROI, and implementing enhancements based on usage analytics.

- Strong governance experience playbooks, naming conventions, archiving rules, and contributor guidelines.

- Skilled at stakeholder engagement with HR, Internal Comms, IT, and PMOs to align platform usage to business needs.
