Job Title : Dotnet Technical Manager / Architect.

Location : Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the development team to ensure high performance and technical excellence.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmap.

- Architect, design, and review scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

- Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.

- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.

- Manage resource planning, task allocation, and performance reviews for the technical team.

- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and technologies.

- Troubleshoot critical issues and guide teams in root cause analysis and long-term fixes.

- Keep up with emerging technologies and propose strategic technology upgrades.

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth product releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of overall experience with at least 3- 5 years in a leadership/managerial role.

- Strong hands-on experience in technologies (.NET, Angular).

- Proven experience in project management, agile methodologies, and software architecture.

- Experience working in B2B SaaS environments is highly preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Experience integrating third-party APIs or enterprise-level solutions.
