Amplelogic - Senior IT System Administrator - Windows/Linux Server

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Senior IT System Administrator with relevant hands-on experience of 5-6 years to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining a range of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualization environments, cloud platforms, and user support systems. Location : HITEC City, Hyderabad. Mode of employment : Full-time, Onsite.

Key Responsibilities will include :

Server Administration :

- Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, ensuring system uptime and reliability.

Cloud Operations :

- Support and maintain Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange environments.

Containerization and Virtualization :

- Oversee virtualization platforms like Hyper-V and VMware.

Network & Security :

- Manage antivirus systems and implement security best practices.

Storage Management :

User Support :

Networking :

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Docker (mandatory).

- Strong understanding of Azure and AWS cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange.

- Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and security tools.

- Experience with Hyper-V and VMware environments.

- Solid troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and storage systems.

- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
