- Develop IT Strategy : Design and implement IT strategies that align with the companys overall goals, ensuring technology supports business growth and development.

- Stay Current with Emerging Technologies : Ensure the IT department stays updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance operational efficiency.

- Oversee IT Systems Maintenance : Manage and maintain all IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, to ensure they operate effectively and meet business needs.

- Ensure IT Infrastructure Security : Safeguard the organizations IT infrastructure by ensuring it is secure, scalable, and robust to meet both current and future demands.

- Cybersecurity Implementation : Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect the organization from data breaches, cyber threats, and other security risks.

- Vendor Relationship Management : Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and costs are controlled.
