The Role :

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to act as the connective tissue between Business, Data Engineering, and Data Science. You will architect the logic that powers our AI/ML initiatives and translate B2B retail business logic into a high-performance AWS Medallion Architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Modeling : Lead the design of Silver and Gold layers using Star Schema or Data Vault.

- Business Logic Mapping : Translate complex rules (Order-to-Cash, Procurement) into technical Source-to-Target mappings.

- DS Collaboration : Architect data structures for feature engineering, model training, and serving inferences.

- Technical Execution : Write expert-level, window-function-heavy SQL and Python for data transformation in AWS.

What Were Looking For :

- Expert Technical Skills : Deep mastery of SQL, Python, and AWS Data Stack (S3, Glue, Athena, Lake Formation).

- Modeling DNA : Strong experience in Dimensional Modeling and the Medallion framework.

- Domain Expertise : Familiarity with B2B/Retail ERPs (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).

- DS Fluency : Understanding of feature engineering and data science workflows
