Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for Amla Commerces product platforms.

This role will play a critical part in driving automation, reliability, security, and performance across environments.

As a senior technical leader, you will work closely with engineering, QA, security, and product teams while mentoring DevOps engineers and establishing DevOps best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilties :

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.

- Implement and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.

- Ensure system scalability, availability, performance, and security.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to enable smooth and reliable deployments.

- Monitor production systems and troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.

- Define DevOps standards, processes, and best practices across teams.

- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers and provide technical leadership.

- Continuously improve deployment, monitoring, and automation strategies.

Required Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 8+ years of overall experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure roles.

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services.

- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

- Proven experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

- Strong experience with Terraform and IaC methodologies.

- Solid understanding of DevOps tools, automation, and release management.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualification :

- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.

- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance.

- Scripting experience using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

- Exposure to microservices-based architectures.

- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
