Role Overview :

Were looking for skilled AML Testers / AML Testing Leads to join our AML Model Testing Team.

You will work on Actimize Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM), ensuring AML models are accurate, compliant, and effectively identify suspicious activities.

Work closely with Compliance, Model Risk, and IT teams to meet regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, execute, and document tests for AML models & Actimize SAM.

- Validate model behaviour, alerts, scenarios, and thresholds.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for model accuracy and compliance.

- Ensure testing quality, defect management, and end-to-end validation.

Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years in Software Testing / QA within AML Compliance domain

- Knowledge of AML concepts, Transaction Monitoring, Model Governance

- Hands-on with SQL / Python for test data prep & validation

- Strong understanding of QA methodologies & defect management tools

- Analytical thinker with strong communication skills
