Candidate will be responsible for Administration, implementation, and maintaining IAM based components and interfaces in the Identity and access management framework. The IAM framework platform consists of the following products : Broadcom/CA Siteminder, Broadcom/CA Directory, Broadcom/CA Identity Manager, Broadcom/CA Advance Authentication, Broadcom/CA API Gateway, Active Directory and Azure AD.

- Provide technical solutions to Production Support issues.

- Identify, analyze and provide solutions to issues in the Shared Service - Security based servers of Production to Development environments.

- Security System Integration for Identity and Access Management solutions.

- Review IT artifacts and guide the team in accordance with industry best standards.

- Adhere to timelines and guide the team in documenting and implementing changes.

- Provide strategic direction to Production Support processes, business strategy and growth initiatives.

- Responsible for Production and Operational support activities, attending day-to-day user requests, application alert monitoring, health checks, and incident management.

- Full Accountability on support of Security Shared Services applications 24 X 7 by meeting SLA.

- Willingness to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.

- Coordinate with offshore team and provide guidance on Incident Management, Work Order Management, Change Management, Problem Ticket Management, Stakeholder communications, etc.

- Automate operational activities.

- Participate in Disaster recovery, Identity Governance, and Certificate Renewal activity.

Required Qualifications :

- Degree in computer science, engineering, IT or equivalent technical degree.

- 4 - 7 years of Development/Operational experience in Identity and Access Management.

- Scripting knowledge : Unix/Perl.

- Knowledge on monitoring tools : Dynatrace synthetic, one agent, SiteScope/Sciencelogic, CA APM(Wily), SUMOLogic/logstash and TLeaf/Glassbox.

- Good problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
