Job Description : Amdocs CES Consultant (CRM / OMS / Billing)

Experience : 4+ Years

Location : Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad (other locations can also be considered)

Shift Timing : 9 :00 AM - 6 :00 PM IST

Mode of work : Hybrid

Role Overview :


Experienced professionals with expertise in Amdocs CES (version 11 and above). The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge in CRM, Order Management (OMS) and Billing, along with hands-on implementation and support experience.

Key Responsibilities :


- Work on design, development, and implementation of Amdocs CES modules (CRM, OMS, Billing).


- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.


- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.


- Participate in integrations with other systems and support upgrades.


- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience :


- 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in Amdocs CES (v11 or above).


- Strong expertise in CRM, OMS, and Billing modules.


- Good understanding of telecom domain processes.


- Ability to analyze, design, configure, and customize Amdocs applications.


- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Nice-to-Have Skills :


- Exposure to Amdocs product integration with external systems.


- Knowledge of Amdocs testing frameworks and automation tools.


- Telecom BSS/OSS project experience.
