About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager / AGM SAP MM (SME) to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of core SAP Materials Management (MM) functionalities. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise, strong business acumen, and proven experience in driving SAP initiatives that enhance operational efficiency across supply chain and manufacturing domains.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM core functionalities, including screen controls and workflows.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, blueprint processes, and design solutions aligned to business needs.
- Configure SAP MM modules to support procurement, inventory management, and materials management processes.
- Work closely with SAP Run Teams to prioritize, test, and deploy system enhancements and support change requests.
- Ensure smooth integration with manufacturing and supply chain modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Drive process improvements and standardization across SAP MM deployments.
- Provide functional leadership in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 8 to 14 years of experience in SAP MM with strong exposure to end-to-end implementations and major rollouts.
- Proven expertise in SAP MM configuration, integration, and process optimization.
- Solid understanding of procurement, inventory, and supply chain management processes.
- Strong experience integrating SAP MM with manufacturing and supply chain modules.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- SAP MM certification preferred
