- Good Understanding & at least 4+ Yrs. exp. in SAP Basis.
- Requirement is for SAP Upgrade Project EHP4 to EHP8, which req. a strong basis lead.
- Knowledge of Operating systems (Linux, AIX etc.) & DB (HANA, Oracle, DB2 etc), non-Unicode to Unicode upgrades.
- At least 2 full-cycle exp. in SAP Upgrade/Migration projects as Consultant/Lead, or strong evidences of general basis exp.
- Root cause analysis & trouble shooting skills.
- Experience in SAP Upgrade/Migration Project as technical lead/Project Manager is a Plus.
- Any SAP basis/migration certificate like TADM70, HA250 is a plus.
Mandatory skills : S4 HANA.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead the SAP Upgrade project from EHP4 to EHP8, serving as the technical expert in all Basis-related activities.
- Provide hands-on support and leadership throughout SAP system upgrades and migrations, including non-Unicode to Unicode conversions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on system landscape design and optimization across Linux, AIX, and other operating systems.
- Work with various databases including HANA, Oracle, and DB2, ensuring compatibility and performance during upgrades.
