Job Description

Responsibilities :


- Test Amazon Connect flows, Lex bot interactions, and ServiceNow integrations to ensure performance and compliance.


- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for the new IVR, covering all call flows, branching logic, and error paths.


- Verify that call attributes are correctly set and passed through the system to enable accurate call routing and tagging.


- Validate Lambda integrations with ServiceNow.


- Set up and monitor audit logs and metrics (e. g., using CloudWatch) to verify system performance and troubleshoot issues.


- Verify GDPR-compliant call recording, tagging, and storage.


- Conduct end-to-end call simulations across scenarios and languages.


- Prepare test cases, bug reports, and validation logs.


- Support go-live and post-deployment testing.


Requirements :


- Hands-on testing experience with Amazon Connect IVR and Lex.


- Knowledge of AWS Lambda, S3 and EventBridge, and CloudWatch.


- Familiarity with ServiceNow Voice CSM.


- Strong understanding of call center testing methodologies.


- Good documentation and reporting skills.
