Amazon Connect Integration & Testing Engineer

Cortex is looking for a talented and experienced Amazon Connect Integration & Testing Engineer to join our team. We're seeking a dedicated professional to lead the integration and testing of our cutting-edge voice and cloud solutions, ensuring seamless performance and exceptional quality for our clients. In this role, you will be a key contributor to impactful projects, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role : Lead Engineer (LE)

Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Work Mode : In-office

Experience : 6 to 8 years

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days (strictly)

Job Responsibilities :


As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for :


- Designing and Implementing Solutions : Architecting and implementing robust Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, queues, and user management.

- Integration : Performing complex integrations between Amazon Connect and other enterprise systems, with a strong focus on ServiceNow Voice CSM.

- Testing : Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of integrated solutions. This includes unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.

- Troubleshooting : Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to Amazon Connect, AWS services, and third-party integrations.

- Scripting and Automation : Utilizing scripting languages like Python to automate testing processes and streamline deployment workflows.

- Monitoring and Maintenance : Using tools like Amazon CloudWatch to monitor system health, performance, and troubleshoot issues.

- Collaboration : Working closely with development, product, and client teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

- Mentorship : Guiding and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the following technologies :

- Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Connect's features, including contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and security profiles.

- Experience with designing, building, and integrating conversational AI bots using Amazon Lex.

- Proven experience in integrating Amazon Connect with ServiceNow's Customer Service Management (CSM) platform, specifically for voice interactions.

- Solid understanding of core AWS services, including IAM, S3, and API Gateway.

- Proficiency in using CloudWatch for monitoring, logging, and alerting.

- Strong scripting and programming skills in Python for automation and AWS Lambda functions.

- AWS Lambda : Experience developing and deploying serverless functions using AWS Lambda.
