- Develop serverless integrations using AWS Lambda and Amazon API Gateway.

- Configure Amazon Lex chatbots and voice bots.

- Monitor system performance and optimize customer experience.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.

Qualifications :
