Job Title : Principal QA Engineer.

Summary Of The Role :

Were seeking an experienced Principal QA Engineer with practical technical expertise in quality assurance (QA).

Youll work independently and collaboratively to enhance QA practices, support innovation, and contribute to team growth.

Your Main Responsibilities :

- Apply expertise in QA methodology, tools, environments, and automation practices.

- Investigate root causes of defects and recommend solutions across teams.

- Maintain quality standards for Amadeus products and share knowledge to foster innovation.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve QA frameworks and processes.

- Guide and share knowledge with QA Engineers, Software Development Engineers, and Product Analysts.

About The Ideal Candidate :

- Experience analyzing and executing test procedures for complex systems.

- Product domain knowledge and ability to understand customer needs.

- Familiarity with quality metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Proficiency with test automation tools and environments.

- Experience applying AI in QA activities and scaling solutions with teams.

Experience & Skill Set :

- At least 11 years of experience in test automation, test strategy, AI adoption, and improving test efficiency.

- Proficiency with Robot Framework, Playwright, Rest Assured, GitHub Copilot, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of performance tools such as Gatling and Lighthouse.

- Development proficiency in Java, Python, or other test automation scripting languages.

Key Collaborators :

- Youll work closely with QA and Engineering Teams, Product Analysts, and Software Development Engineers.
