Job Title : Solution Architect - Network Traffic & Flow Data Systems

Location : Pune, India

Experience : 15+ Years (with a minimum of 5+ years in Telecom Data Systems)

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Flow Management : Design and govern data pipelines across nProbe, Kafka, Spark, Cloudera CDP with a focus on performance and reliability.

- Resilience & Reliability : Implement zero-error tolerance, fallback mechanisms, disaster recovery (DR), and high-availability architectures.

- Compliance & Security : Drive enterprise-grade compliance using Apache Ranger, Atlas, SDX, HashiCorp Vault, and secure communication protocols.

- API & Integration : Architect and manage secure, scalable RESTful APIs (Avro/JSON) for real-time analytics and customer-facing access.

- Testing & Rollouts : Oversee SIT, UAT, performance testing, and ensure readiness for production rollouts.

- Leadership & Collaboration : Act as the technical authority across multi-functional teams, vendors, engineering, and security groups.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), IPFIX/NetFlow, QoE metrics.

- Proven hands-on experience with Kafka, Spark Streaming, Cloudera CDP (Hive, Iceberg, Ranger).

- Deep knowledge of nProbe, traffic classification, and Kafka-based integrations.

- Strong background in RESTful APIs, Avro/JSON formats, and secure data transfer protocols.

- Familiarity with telecom interfaces (Gn/Gi, Radius, DNS) and disaster recovery strategies.

Preferred Certifications :

- Kafka Developer Certification

- AWS/GCP Solution Architect

- CISSP or CISM (for security leadership advantage)
