Qualification : Bachelors / Masters. Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML), Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead and deliver advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will work on large-scale datasets, build production-grade machine learning models, and collaborate closely with business, engineering, and product teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.

- Build and maintain data pipelines; perform data wrangling using Python, R, and SQL.

- Communicate insights through effective data visualization and storytelling.

- Evaluate, monitor, and continuously improve model performance.

- Deploy and manage ML/AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R.

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.

- Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, etc.).

- Experience with data visualization tools : Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn.

- Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML deployment.

- Experience in Prompt Engineering, RAG, Context Engineering, or Agentic AI.

- Relevant certifications or strong project portfolios in Data Science / ML.
