Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RAG, LLM evaluation, and cloud deployment, along with a solid Python programming background.

This role requires the ability to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions that leverage the latest advancements in generative AI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve AI model performance.

- Understand and fine-tune LLM hyperparameters such as temperature and top_p for desired outputs.

- Build and deploy solutions using Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Crew AI.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge-driven AI systems.

- Conduct LLM evaluation and observability to monitor and enhance model quality and accuracy.

- Write clean, efficient, and production-ready code in Python.

- Deploy and manage AI/ML applications on at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.

Mandatory Skills :

- Prompt Engineering and its strategies.

- Understanding of LLM architecture & hyperparameters (temperature, top_p).

- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Crew AI).

- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementation.

- LLM evaluation and observability tools.

- Python programming.

- Cloud deployment experience on AWS / Azure / GCP.
