Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with over 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong emphasis on React.js and Java. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies and capable of delivering robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions in an Agile environment. This is a 6-month C2C contract role based in Bangalore with a hybrid work model (3 days/week in office).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications across the full stack, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services.

- Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using Java with Spring / Spring Boot.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous process improvement.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices and high code quality standards.

- Utilize version control systems (Git, GitLab) effectively for collaborative development workflows, branching, and merging strategies.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across all layers of the application stack.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.

- React.js : Strong front-end development skills with proven experience building complex single-page applications.

- Java : Proficient in back-end development, including advanced concepts and design patterns.

- Spring / Spring Boot : Hands-on experience building scalable APIs and microservices.

- Full Stack Development : Demonstrated end-to-end development experience across both front-end and back-end.

- RESTful APIs : Extensive experience in designing, consuming, and integrating with RESTful APIs.

- TypeScript : Proficiency with typed JavaScript for building scalable and maintainable front-end applications.

- Code Reviews & Best Practices : Proven ability to mentor peers, enforce coding standards, and ensure high code quality.

- Agile Methodologies : Active participation and strong understanding of Agile ceremonies and processes.

- Version Control (Git, GitLab) : Strong understanding of versioning, branching strategies, and collaborative workflows.
