About the Role
Were looking for a self-driven, strategic, and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of innovative digital products. In this role, youll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and executive teams to define, build, and launch products that customers love.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and articulate clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Identify and size new opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, competitive landscape, and internal priorities.
- Create product concepts, prototypes, and user journeys to bring ideas to life.
Execution & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from idea through delivery and iteration.
- Translate product vision into well-defined epics, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Prioritize features using frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE) that balance customer impact, effort, and business value.
- Drive Agile ceremonies sprint planning, standups, retrospectives and ensure timely delivery with the engineering team.
Customer & Data Centricity
- Work backwards from customer problems, using insights from interviews, feedback, and analytics.
- Leverage data (usage patterns, funnel analysis, NPS) to guide product decisions and optimize user experience.
- Define and track key product metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for launches.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, operations, and support teams.
- Present product plans, updates, and demos to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for a frictionless and delightful experience.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Drive product experimentation and A/B testing culture.
- Stay updated with trends in technology, digital platforms, and customer experience.
- Continuously improve internal product processes.
What You Bring
- 58 years of product management experience in a tech-first or product-driven company.
- Proven success in launching and scaling B2C or B2B digital products (web/mobile/SaaS).
- Strong technical fluency able to converse comfortably with engineers and make trade-offs.
- Demonstrated ability to think big, dive deep, and deliver results.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, backlog tools (Jira, Trello, Asana), wireframing tools (Figma, Miro), and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with bias for action and ownership.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or technical background is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in startups or scaleups with lean teams.
- Exposure to domains like e-commerce, SaaS, logistics, fintech, or telecom.
