Requirements :

- Alteryx Server connectivity and Alteryx Gallery health check

- Daily Monitoring workflows, address failures, re-run, reach out user if required (300+ Workflows,50+ Data Connections)

- Alteryx server integration with new source systems

- Fulfil user access requests in a timely manner

- Address incidents and work with vendor on troubleshooting

- Perform server validation after monthly OS patching process

- Ensure certificates needed for SSL and other connections as renewed proactively for 3 servers

- Provide assistance in Code promotions and deployments

- Support Alteryx license (Server & Client) renewal process and Transfers

- Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly support activities process GCR nodes, Risk Rate, Tech debt etc

- Configuration of new data sources as per client requirements

- Conduct post-server patching tests to confirm report functionality and server performance.

- Create custom Alteryx workflows from repository data.

- Troubleshoot issues using Alteryx Server logs.

- Handle server failure management, restarts, and test server management.

- Ensure backups are running efficiently.

- User roles, Subscription, user permissions and group management

- Alteryx workflow migration

- Alteryx Designer Experience

- Server Administration : Proficiency in managing and configuring Alteryx Server, including installation, upgrades, and maintenance.

- Gallery Administration : Knowledge of Gallery settings, user roles, and permissions management.

- Data Source Integration : Ability to integrate various data sources with Alteryx Server.

- Perform 1-1 support RITM tickets

- Password Rotation Task

- Working on Change Requests

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain the Alteryx platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

- Oversee Alteryx Server administration, including setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and data processes.

- Ensure data security and compliance within the Alteryx environment.

- Provide support and training to users on best practices and advanced Alteryx functionalities.
